Higher Secondary Stage is the most crucial stage of school education because at this stage, specialised discipline based and content oriented courses are introduced. Those who opt for science stream have to take chemistry as a compulsory subject for pursuing their carrier in basic science and proffesional courses.
Chemistry Laboratory of GVM's SNJA Higher Secondary is equiped to suffice all the students requirements. It can accomodate batch of 40 students at a time. students perform experiments like Titrations, analysis of compounds etc. The laboratory is fecilitated with various equipments like electronic weighing machine, Centrifuge machine, H2S gas plant, Thermostate water heater, water filter etc.

In today's fast-paced world, technology has become an integral part of our daily lives. In such a scenario, computer science education has become imperative for students to stay updated with the latest technological advancements. This is where computer science laboratory in schools play a vital role. A computer science lab is a dedicated space equipped with computer hardware, software, and other resources for students to learn and practice computer-related skills.
Computer science lab provide students with hands-on learning opportunities, allowing them to apply theoretical concepts in a practical setting. They can experiment with software applications, explore the internet, and learn programming languages, among other things. This helps to reinforce their understanding of computer-related concepts and improve their problem-solving skills.
This lab meets all the standard norms set up by the Goa Board. The lab is equiped with 15 latest and high end lenovo desktops and 2 laptops. The lab is well ventilated, well furnished with comfortable sitting, spacious and fully Air Conditioned. It is also equiped with Internet and WiFi facilities and LAN connection. A dedicated printer and a over-head projector is also available in the lab for students to showcase their projects and presentations.

A laboratory is the heart of technical teaching and learning. Electronics laboratory of Electronic Technology course in vocation stream of our school is no exception, this is the place where STUDENTS of the course learn by doing. Laboratory provides a hands on experience. The Electronics laboratory work involves learning the basics like identifying various electronic components and equipments to advanced skills like soldering, testing of electronic components, troubleshooting and designing the circuits and making Printed Circuit Boards from a scratch.
The learnings in the laboratory involves formal and informal modes, students learn from teachers and as they work in groups in the laboratory they learn from peers by co-operation. This is the place where students learn safety precaustions before starting the actual work. This is the place where every single day the students of Xll and Xl spend three lectures each. (total six laboratory periods every day)
